As before mentioned, driving West was absolutely beautiful. Along our 3,500 mile road trip to Seattle, we planned a stop in in Arches National Park in Moab, Utah. After a detour due to a rockslide, we arrived 4 hours later than expected, which was a bummer because we were supposed to have all afternoon to explore the park. We got there at around 6:30 PM, which actually turned out to be a blessing because most of the other visitors had left, and we were still in the park for sunset. After visiting Moab, I think Utah is one of the most underrated states to drive through (at least the part we drove through). I could definitely see Alex and I going back for a week-long vacation there since there are all sorts of activities to do - mountain biking, hiking, skydiving, rafting, the list goes on and on. Here are some the of the highlights from our trip.
All photos taken with our new Nikon. After this trip, I'm so glad we had it!
